Tax things we want less of, not things we want more of!
No one likes paying taxes, and both individuals and companies try to use less of whatever costs the most. We want more jobs and less pollution, so stop taxing income and start taxing pollution and resource use and watch as human ingenuity and market forces employ more people and use more resources more efficiently.
Instead of: unemployment, pollution and undue speculation lets have greater employment along with clean water, air, and land!
